BlueVertical™ PRiME™

The BlueVertical PRiME is a vertical mini-tank system for self-casted gels, SERVAGel™ ready-to-use gels, and commercially available, ready-to-use gels with external dimensions of 10 x 10 x 0.7 cm. This system supports protein separations using SDS PAGE, native PAGE, IEF, and nucleic acid separations using denaturing or native PAGE. The BlueVertical PRiME is made of robust acrylic, and the electrode material is tear resistant. The innovative and unique closure does not require screws or clamps and attaches gels to the inner buffer chamber, leak-free, in seconds. The device is compliant with European safety regulations (CE mark). An optional blot module (Cat. No. BV-104-B) can be inserted into the outer buffer tank. This turns the BlueVertical PRiME into a tank blotter. If you want to cast your own gels, we recommend the SERVA gel casting stand (Cat. No. BV-104-CS).
