Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade is a natural enzyme mixture that contains collagenolytic and additional enzymatic activities including clostripain and neutral protease. The balanced ratio of these activities ensures gentle and efficient tissue dissociation. As Collagenase NB 4 Standard Grade has comparable enzymatic properties to Collagenase NB 5 Sterile Grade and Collagenase NB 6 GMP Grade, this enzyme may also be used in order to establish applications which have to meet sterile or GMP requirements like tissue engineering and transplantation.
