NucSpot® Live 650 Nuclear Stain

NucSpot Live 650 is a cell-permeant nuclear stain designed for staining both live and fixed cells in cell health assays. It offers strong DNA selectivity and enables nuclear labeling without requiring a wash step, making it ideal for live-cell imaging due to its low cytotoxicity. This dye emits far-red fluorescence, making it suitable for detection in the 640 nm channel on the Atlas™ Imaging System.

The product also includes verapamil, an efflux pump inhibitor, which can help enhance dye retention and improve staining consistency in certain cell lines.

Note: LICORbio also offers NucSpot Live 488 Nuclear Stain with far-red fluorescence for detection in the 488 nm channel.

Specifications

NucSpot Live 650 PN 927-21979 contains 50 µL of NucSpot Live 650 Nuclear Stain, 1000X in DMSO. It also includes 100 µL of Verapamil HCl, 100 mM in DMSO.

Storage

Store at 4 °C, protected from light. This product is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt when stored as recommended.
