SDS Gel Kit NF 12.5%

SDS Gel Kit NF 12.5% is a kit for horizontal SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It is designed for use on horizontal flatbed systems such as HPE™™ BlueTower, HPE™™ BlueHorizon, and Multiphor II™.

The kit contains 4 film-backed precast SDS-PAGE gels (12.5% T, size 250 × 125 × 0.45 mm) and a complete SDS-PAGE buffer kit for running conditions.

The support film is non-fluorescent, making it suitable for 1D DIGE samples and other fluorescent applications.

SDS Gel Kit NF 12.5% 25S includes gels with 25 sample slots for 15 µl applications.
