SERVA Tris-Tricine/SDS Electrophoresis Buffer (20x)

Running buffer for SDS PAGE. Optimized formulation to improve sharpness of bands, especially when used together with SERVAGel Neutral pH 7.4 (part no. 43220) precast gels.

Supplied as 20 x concentrate. Contains 1.2 M Tris (pH 8.5), 0.8 M Tricine and 2 % SDS.
