WesternSure® Pro ECL Substrate

WesternSure Pro ECL Substrate offers enhanced sensitivity and prolonged signal output, making it an excellent choice for both film and imaging system applications. Its broad linear dynamic range enables precise quantification of proteins across a wide range of concentrations in a single experiment, while its high sensitivity allows detection down to the mid-femtogram range. 

The substrate is optimized for use with the C-DiGit^® Blot Scanner, Odyssey^® XF Imager, Odyssey Fc Imager, and Odyssey M Imager (Model 3350). 

Specifications

The WesternSure Pro ECL Substrate PN 926-85000 contains Luminol Enhancer Solution (125 ml) and Stable Peroxidase Solution (125 ml). 

The WesternSure Pro ECL Substrate PN 926-85010 contains Luminol Enhancer Solution (5 ml) and Stable Peroxidase Solution (5 ml).

Performance

Figure 1: PANC-1 whole cell lysate, starting at 10 μg/well (2-fold serial dilution), was probed with a mouse anti-Vimentin primary antibody followed by WesternSure HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. The image was acquired using an Odyssey M Imager with the chemiluminescence module (3350) and a 30-second exposure.
