Odyssey® XF/Fc Verification Plate

This plate has two areas of illumination/detection that can be imaged by the user to confirm that their Odyssey XF or Fc Imager is performing as expected and has not changed in performance over time.

By use of the fluorescent glass signal that is unchanging over time, the verification plate is used to verify that an Odyssey Imager is detecting signal uniformly across the scan surface and consistently over time.

The verification plate is scanned at each corner of the Odyssey Imager scan surface, and signal from the wells is quantified/analyzed to verify consistent CVs across different wells on the plate and across scans of the same well from each corner.
