Blank FocusGel 24S is a versatile film-supported, dried horizontal polyacrylamide gel designed for isoelectric focusing (IEF) in any pH range.
The gel format includes 24 sample slots with a maximum sample volume of 25 µl per slot, supporting structured sample application in IEF workflows.
To perform IEF, the gels are rehydrated prior to electrophoresis using the carrier ampholyte mixture of choice, with or without urea.
Gel size is 250 × 115 × 0.65 mm.
