RedDot™2 Far-Red Nuclear Stain

RedDot2 is a far-red fluorescent dye that cannot cross intact cell membranes, making it highly selective for dead or membrane-compromised cells in cell health assays. In fixed and permeabilized cells and tissue sections, RedDot2 staining is nuclear specific and does not require RNase treatment.
The dye is both thermally stable and resistant to photobleaching, offering improved performance over traditional blue nuclear stains like DAPI. RedDot2 also eliminates the need for wash steps, simplifying the staining workflow.
