SERVA IPG BlueStrips pH 4–7 are dried gel strips with an immobilized pH gradient, designed for high-resolution two-dimensional (2D) gel electrophoresis of proteins. The strips must be rehydrated prior to use.
The homogeneous polyacrylamide gel matrix is covalently bound to GEL-FIX™™, providing stability and consistent performance. A non-binding cover film (GEL-FIX™™ for Covers) protects the gel from damage and contamination during handling and storage.
Each gel strip is individually marked with its own lot number, supporting documentation requirements in accordance with GMP/GLP standards.
Each package contains 12 gel strips from the same production lot. Available lengths include 7 cm, 11 cm, 17 cm, 18 cm, and 24 cm. Other pH gradients and strip lengths are available upon request.
