Ready-to-use horizontal polyacrylamide gels for isoelectric focusing (IEF). PAG layer thickness is 150 µm with a size of 125 × 125 mm.

SERVALYT™™ PRECOTES range, pH 3–6, also consists of ready-to-use horizontal IEF gels with a PAG layer thickness of 150 µm and a size of 125 × 125 mm. These precast gels are designed for reproducible protein separation within the pH 3–6 range.
